New USERRA Military Service Poster
U.S. Department of Labor officials
released a poster that they require all employers to
post at their worksite. The poster is required under the federal
Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act (USERRA). A copy of
the newly required poster with relevant Iowa telephone contact numbers,

Federal labor officials assure that
downloading a copy of this poster is sufficient to meet the new posting
requirement. Additional information on the federal USERRA law can by
found at www.dol.gov/vets. Please
note that this new USERRA poster is a part of the recently updated
7-in-1" poster produced by Iowa Workforce Development, which meets other
state and federal poster requirements. If you experience problems
