Workforce Investment
Board

The Regional Workforce Investment Board (RWIB) is
appointed by the governor in consultation with the Chief Elected Official
board. The RWIB plays a leading role in establishing policy for the
Region's Workforce Development Center system and oversees the system's
service delivery.
Each board shall have 5 voting members from business
and 5 voting members from labor, and shall include one county elected
official, one city official, one representative of a school district, and
one representative of a community college.
