• download, print, and enter the requested information on the Region 7 Job Order form to submit by Postal Mail or Fax

• Have your job opening viewed by applicants throughout the state of Iowa (IowaJobs).  Have Resource Center staff match applicants with the your specific job requirements listed on your job opening.

• Utilize Resource Center staff to distribute and/or collect applications. You may utilize the Workforce Development Center’s generic application or provide your company’s application. 

• Test applicant’s skill level using the following programs: 

• TapDance (a recognized testing instrument by the State of Iowa and most employers), Word processing, typing, 10-key, data entry 

• OPAC (Office Proficiency Assessment and Certification), clerical tests, financial tests, legal and medical testing, computer operating systems, databases, keyboarding, word processing.  (Please call ahead to make appointment.)
