"generic" job application, complete this Employment
Application and return it to your nearest IowaWORKS office. Be sure to indicate both the employer name and job order
number. Always remember, to give yourself the best

account and complete your customer profile on-line at

like to take advantage of our Skills Development Area or attend any
of the workshops we offer at no cost, you will want to come to the
Mason City center and become a member.
