Region
11 Local Board
With the
dissolution of the Regional Workforce Investment Alliance 28E Agreement
effective June 30, 2008, the governor is to designate the local governing
board. IWD and the State Workforce Investment Board (SWIB) have put forth
draft revisions for public comment to the WIA State Plan naming the SWIB as
the local governing board for Region 11 effective July 1, 2008. This draft
plan is available for a 30-day public comment period beginning May 12,
2008. Below is a link to the instructions to provide input.
