meet the needs of job seekers and employers. Our services range
from unemployment filing to job placement. We are very proud of
our customer service, and our clients are our number one priority.
We offer space for many partners, such
as Vocational Rehabilitation, Green Thumb, Proteus, Promise Jobs and Railroad Retirement.
We offer
job placement, job information, job insurance, Work Opportunity Tax
credits, work permits, certification of age certificates and
required posting information. We have a resource center with word processing software and

Boone County has long
been known as one of the most scenic areas in Iowa due to its location
at the center of the beautiful Des Moines River Valley. The county's
farms and 10 communities are home to over 26,000 friendly people.
Recreational opportunities abound at Ledges State Park, Don Williams
Recreation Area and ten camps along the Des Moines River. Visitors may
ride the Boone & Scenic Valley Tourist Railroad, tour the Mamie
Doud Eisenhower birthplace, visit the Iowa Arboretum and the Kate
Shelley High Bridge - the highest and longest double-track railroad
bridge in the nation - and enjoy the many fine museums in the area.
Educational excellence, industrial and economic development plus some
of the best agricultural land in the state make Boone County a good
place to work, grow and raise a family.
