Older Workers

The Workforce Development Partnership collaborates with AARP Senior Employment to provide additional services to men and women 55 years of age or older who are seeking employment.

Services include:

• Paid training assignments to update and develop skills 

• On the job experience to become job ready 

• Job Coaching and job search assistance

• Incentives for employers to hire older workers 

• Referrals to other supportive services
