Performance Management
The mission of Performance Management is to enhance accountability and results of the Department's services
and programs by measuring performance and reporting outcomes, evaluating
the efficacy of program initiatives, and using evaluation methods to
promote best practices and the achievement of results.
Measuring and improving outcomes for the citizens and businesses we
serve requires diligent focus on the quality of our efforts and the
collection and analysis of data to help guide decision making and
program improvement efforts.
