Cedar Rapids IowaWORKS Center Open House
CEDAR RAPIDS – The Integrated workforce center, IowaWORKS, will host an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 21st at 8:30AM. The new facility is located in the lower level of Lindale Mall at 4444 First Avenue NE, Suite 436, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
“We’re excited to host an open house in the new facility,” indicated Iowa Workforce Development Director Elisabeth Buck. “Workforce related services are in critical need during this time and the newly Integrated Cedar Rapids location is poised to provide unique services to the community.”
There will be a short program at 8:45AM and a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:00AM. Staff will provided guided tours of the new facility following the ribbon cutting.
The Cedar Rapids location is open 8:30 – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday.
