Dubuque Workforce Development Center Announces Change in Hours of Operation
We encourage you to use our online services at our web site: www.iowaworkforce.org. Through this web site, job seekers can search job listings, file for initial unemployment as well as ongoing weekly claims, and register for our job matching system. This web site can be accessed from any Internet capable computer. Additionally, individuals may call 1-800-850-5627 and complete voice prompts for filing weekly unemployment updates. With the phone option, during times of high volume, individuals may have longer wait times. The 1-800 number is accessible from 10:00 am Saturday through 11:30 pm Sunday, and again from 7:30 am to 4:59 pm on Monday through Friday.
Area businesses can post jobs on-line, obtain information on Iowa’s National Career Readiness Certificate program and access other business services including labor market information on this website.
