See what kind of evidence courts have found helpful in determining whether an employee is qualified to perform the functions of a job and whether disability discrimination has occurred.

• Iowa Workforce Development Disability Navigator Mary Lynn ReVoir will provide helpful advice about hiring and retaining persons with disabilities. Learn “best practices” and resources employers can utilize to protect their workers and themselves using real life cases and real life solutions.

The Kossuth County Employers’ Council is a local employer group supported by Iowa Workforce Development Region 3 and 4, and is part of the statewide Employers’ Council of Iowa system.
