Delaware County Business and Industry Job Fair

Manchester, IA – Attention area job seekers. The time is right to find your future career and increase your job possibilities by attending the Delaware County Business and Industry Job Fair that is scheduled for Thursday, October 11, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. This event is free and open to the public and is being held at the Delaware County Community Center on the Fairgrounds Acres Street, Manchester, Iowa, 52057.

Take that next step and put the job fair on your schedule. “Job fairs are a great place to network with Human Resource professionals and business owners to learn about their companies’ career opportunities,” stated Iowa Workforce Development Regional Manager Wendy Mihm-Herold. The following businesses are eager to meet with area students and job seekers: Home Instead Senior Care, Tekippe Engineering, Good Neighbor Home, E.I.P., Nu World Amaranth, Sedona Staffing, Regional Medical Center, All American Homes, XL Trailers, Rockwell Collins, Greene and Associates, C V G, Iowa Workforce Development, Seedorff Masonry, Henderson Manufacturing Equipment, BRADCO, Exide, Mediacom and the Delaware County Sheriff.

A group of professionals, Partners in Diversity, will be on hand to review résumés and help job seekers to sell their skills and abilities. This is a great time to review your résumé and receive expert advice.
