Notice: Change to Prevailing
Wage Request for Alien Labor Certification – Effective January 1,
2010
Beginning January 1, 2010, states
will no longer process Prevailing Wage Determination requests. The
process will be centralized in the Office of Foreign Labor
Certification's National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center in
Washington, D.C.
Prevailing Wage Determination
requests must be submitted on Form ETA-9141 (see links below) to the
National Prevailing Wage and Helpdesk Center via mail (fax is not
available) to the following address:
