I filed online, but I don’t know if it went through. I filed by phone, but I don’t know if it went through. How can I find out?
If it went through, you should get a monetary record in the mail. If the record allows you to call in weekly claims, it went through. After you have claimed your first two weeks, you can find out the status of your claim by calling 1 (800) 850-5627, the same number you use to file your weekly continued claim. Just follow the prompts, and press one to check on your payment status.
