How to Join an ECI

You
are invited to become a member of an Employers' Council of Iowa. To
find out more about the ECI in your area, contact the manager at
your Local
Iowa Workforce Development Center or call (800) 562-4692 and ask for the Local ECI Representative. |

ECI members have the inside track on:

Participating in local and
regional seminars on employment-related subjects.

Addressing local employment
and training issues.

Providing input on how local
IWD Centers operate.

Gaining access to up-to-date
labor market information.

Creating workable solutions
to human resource issues.

Networking with other Iowa
employers.

Interacting with the local
educational system in preparing students for the world of work.

Participating in job and
career fairs.
