Direct Deposit, Pay Stub Law
Iowa employers will be allowed to
require that new employees sign up for mandatory direct deposit of their
wages. The new law, which goes into effect July 1, 2005, also requires
that Iowa employers provide employees with wage and deduction
information every pay period.
