service representatives will either answer, route or refer specific

questions regarding Iowa Labor Laws pertaining to wages, hours worked,
pay, and refer specific legal calls to the correct Labor Division

file numbers, verify filing of first reports of injury and petitions
filings, refer compliance, litigated cases, record research, and copy
