Content |
The Current
Employment Statistics (CES) program conducts a monthly
survey of non-farm business establishments, including
government. Respondents report data on wage and salary
employment, hours and earnings by industry and area.
The data are then used to produce employment, hours and
earnings estimates for the 50 states, the District of
Columbia and 250 Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSA).
CES Data include analysis, whereas the Query Tool does not.
