Industry Cluster Analysis |
|
Content |
A service provided to local
communities to help them recognize the existence of (or
potential for) industry clusters in their area. Doing so
allows decision makers to better prepare the workforce,
support cluster growth, and increase wealth in their region.
Industries in a cluster share buyers, suppliers, processes,
workforce, and technology. Tools used in
this determination include: employment and wage trend
analysis, location quotient, shift/share analysis, and
emerging industry cluster analysis. |
