Laborshed
studies give communities the ability to document and
illustrate the characteristics of their potential labor
force by identifying the availability and willingness of
respondents to change/enter employment, current and desired
occupations/experience, wages, distance willing to commute,
underemployment, out commute, benefits, and overall
demographics of the Laborshed (commuting) area. The
information gathered in this survey can be analyzed for a
particular industry and used for prospect recruitment and
expansion decisions. |
