The
Iowa Fringe Benefit Profile collects information on benefits
currently being offered by employers located within the State of
Iowa and defined regions. This information provides
community leaders, policy makers, employers and employees
guidance to forecast future benefit needs, address
retention/recruitment issues, determine appropriate policy
issues, and serve as another tool in the economic development
tool box.
The
profile is conducted every two years for statewide and
regional reporting. It is a fee-for-service program:
therefore, information by region will be available on an
as-requested basis, contracted through the regional development
