Job losers are people on layoff and those whose employment ended involuntarily and who immediately begin looking for work.

One-Stop Career Center has on file a request to select and refer an
applicant or applicants.
Just-in-Time –
A system that provides for raw materials and subassemblies to be delivered by suppliers to the location where they will be processed at the time they are needed rather than being stored in inventories.
